Before we start, I would like to thank Haley from Paperback Haven for nominating me. Sorry it took me so long to make this, this tag is a hard one! :)
I tag:

Denise @ The Bibliolater
Annie @ YA Book Space
1. Which two authors would you like to see put their writing skills together and write a new book?
I'd love to see Rick Riordan and Michael Scott write a book together. Rick already wrote about Greek, Roman, Egypt, and an upcoming series about Norse mythology. Michael Scott basically wrote all mythology from all around the world in the Nicholas Flamel series. Their writing style also kind of similar. Both authors' characters are sarcastic, their books have their funny moments and fast-paced action scene. I'd love to see both of them write a book together about all those myths, it's going to be an epic book.
2. What’s your favorite author collaboration?
I really like My True Love Gave to Me! It's a collection of 12 holiday romance, so it's really perfect to read on christmas eve or new year's eve. It's written by Stephanie Perkins,
Holly Black, Ally Carter, Matt de la Pena, Gayle Forman, Jenny Han, David Levithan, Kelly Link,
Myra McEntire, Rainbow Rowell, Laini Taylor, Kiersten White. It has many famous names in YA, so I went in with high expectations, and it wasn't dissappointing at all! If you want to read this, I recommend you to read when it's cold outside. (Review about this book to come)
3. If you could combine two completely different stories and make
them a book of their own what would it be and what would their combined
title be?
I'd love to combine Incarceron and Lunar Chronicles, but I can't find the title for them!

4. Which two characters from different books would you ship?
I'd ship Puck from Iron Fey series and Celaena from Throne of Glass series! Puck will annoy the hell out of Celaena, but it would be fun to watch their banter and fights!

5. Which two worlds from two different stories would you like to see come together to make one epic world?
Wonderland from Splintered trilogy and Ravka from the Grisha trilogy. Splintered's Wonderland is the twisted, dark, magical and exotic place from the original Wonderland, and if you add Ravka's Fold, it's going to be a really scary place to be.

6. Which duology/ trilogy/ series would you have liked to have been one book?
I have none for this category so I'm going to change it a bit.
Which series you think could be shorter?
It's Syrena Legacy by Anna Banks. It should've been a duology, ended with Of Triton. And all of sudden came out Of Neptune. I feel like there's no plot, and nothing happened in that book. It's kind of ruin my love for the series:(

Thank-you for the tag! I've never read My True Love Gave to Me, but I'm hoping to read it this christmas. I love loads of the authors, so I'm hoping I'll really like it!
ReplyDeleteYou should read it ASAP! And if you like it you should read Summer Days & Summer Nights: 12 Love Stories, also by Stephanie Perkins and collaboration with few authors :)
